A VARIETY OF AMENITIES FOR RESIDENTS TO ENJOY.
The Lady Clark Retirement Village has a range of amenities for residents to enjoy. These amenities include the use of The Village Hall, The Library, Indoor Bowling, Table Tennis, 8 Ball, and Barbeques. Our residents are encouraged to organise functions and classes and management is fully supportive of all initiatives. We are always open to new suggestions and if there is something you would like to see please let us know.
Table tennis facilities including bats and balls are available in the main hall. Why not join the table tennis group and enjoy some friendly competition.
The Library is situated inside the Village Hall. It is well stocked with both large and small print books, magazines as well as several videos and DVDs for borrowing. The library is run by volunteers from within the Village. Books are catalogued and borrowed on a sign out system. Donations of pre-loved books are always welcomed.
There are two, easy to operate gas barbeques situated at the rear of the hall for use by the residents. The barbeque area has seating provided and the kitchen within the hall is easily accessed.
Bring a friend and enjoy a few games of eightball. Team up with some of the other residents and set up a competition. The eightball table is well maintained and if any problems appear, residents can notify the manager to have them fixed.
There is a well patronised Indoor Bowls competition run by residents at the Village, with home and away teams competing. Invitation is open to any resident to join a team or if you would prefer, just go and "have a roll" or a practice session.
THE VILLAGE HALL
