The Lady Clark Centre Inc. Retirement Village, located in the leafy suburb of Claremont, provides Residents access to secure, safe and maintained unit housing, and offers lifestyle opportunities for retired couples or individuals.

NO MAINTENANCE

Let us do the maintenance for you. Our units are renovated and refurbished to a standard, for the duration of tenure any property maintenance is managed by Centre Management.  Our shared gardens and grounds over 6+ acres are maintained.  

CLOSE TO SHOPS

Claremont Village and services are within walking distance. We have great pathways over our 6+ acres, that will make outings to the village easy and you'll be there in a few minutes.  If you want to go a bit further, Mona and Glenorchy are a 5 minute drive and just 15 minute drive to Hobart.

ACTIVITIES

We have a dedicated Centre where residents can enjoy community activities, BIG SCREEN movies, craft and guest speakers, concerts, indoor bowls and monthly happy hour. Anything the residents wish to organise can be accommodated at the Centre.

Our community of Residents are friendly, inclusive and supportive. Our Staff, Board and Contractors are professional, caring and committed to serve the Association and community.  Combined we have 'super powers', a collaborative culture that makes living and working at Lady Clark Centre, one of the 'best'!

REGISTERED CHARITY

We do not receive any government funding to do what we do. We are a registered charity, endorsed PBI and donations made to Lady Clark Centre are tax deductible.

Our friendly staff look after everything in relation to property. You don't need to do anything other than enjoy living in the community.
