The on-going recurrent charge (rent) is collected fortnightly by Centrepay or Direct Debit from your bank account. Depending on resident's personal financial circumstances, you may be eligible for Rent Assistance. This information may be obtained by contacting Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs.
The Lady Clark Centre Inc is a Not-for-Profit , registered charity organisation and receives no government funding to provide a for purpose retirement village housing community.
