The on-going maintenance charge is collected fortnightly by Centrepay. Depending on resident's personal financial circumstances, you may be eligible for Government Rental Assistance. This information may be obtained by contacting Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs.
The Lady Clark Centre Inc is a Not-for-Profit organisation, therefore monies go back into the organisation for the upkeep and management of our Retirement Village.
